Luminaries of Sound.

1. RIGHT TO AGENDA

Luminaries of Sound has the right to make cancellations, changes, or substitutions in courses, the agenda, or program, assigned staff members, travel arrangements, or arrangements for other services, in the event of causes beyond its reasonable control, significantly changed conditions, or changes in the interests of the group.

2. STATEMENT OF WELLBEING

I am physically healthy, and psychologically and emotionally stable. I understand that Luminaries of Sound, and any or all of its employees or representatives are not medical or psychological professionals, and that the program LUMINARIES OF SOUND, and the practices therein are not a substitute for seeking professional help for any medical, psychological, or emotional issues that may be pre-existing or may arise throughout my participation in this course.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON DISCLOSURE

I certify that all information from Luminaries of Sound is held in strictest confidence. This includes personal information, stories, or experiences shared in confidence by other participants in sessions, or in private conversation with other participants. I understand that my login to the website Portal is mine and mine alone. I will not share it with other people regardless of their registration status. I understand that this confidentiality does not extend to information shared verbally, in writing, or demonstrated by instances of my behavior with staff or representatives of Luminaries of Sound that may lead them to believe that I am a danger to myself or others. I understand that any action taken therein is in the best interest of protecting me, my fellow participants, staff of Luminaries of Sound, and the integrity of programming and services. I understand that any action therein is based on the sole discretion of managing staff of Luminaries of Sound and I hereby waive and release Luminaries of Sound from any and all liability, losses, costs, claims, damages, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising or claimed to have risen out of any such decision. I understand that this confidentiality and non disclosure extends to staff, operations, programming, and inner workings of Luminaries of Sound and all programming therein.

4. ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS

I understand that each month, I am reasponsible to book my one-on-one private session with Gurujas from the link provided by Luminaries of Sound admin. Each session must take place within the month (i.e. December, January, February, etc.), unless extenuating circumstances occur, and this window is waived by Luminaries of Sound. We ask that you honor each session you book. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with at least 24 hours notice, or within as reasonable a time frame as possible. Luminaries of Sound holds the right to cancel the session after 2 no-showed sessions by the participant. All sessions and their replay will be accessible to and held in honored confidence by Gurujas Khalsa, Jen Saltiel, verified Luminaries of Sound course administrators, and the participant. The participant is responsible to download their session within 30 days for continued access.

5. PAYMENTS

I agree to provide timely, complete, and accurate payments for the program Luminaries of Sound. Luminaries of Sound reserves the right to pause program access and offerings if the participant fails to uphold their payment agreement. I agree to promptly update payment information and other information, including email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that Luminaries of Sound can complete your transactions and contact me as needed. I understand that as a participant in Luminaries of Sound I am liable and responsible to complete the full payment of the course by the course ending or the agreed upon payment completion date.

6. MEDIA & CONTENT RELEASE

I understand that Luminaries of Sound and its staff are filming and or taking photographs in classes workshops or events for Luminaries of Sound and/or additional artistic/ promotional use. No audio or video will be shared publically from private sessions. No moments of personal sharing will be used without explicit written consent.

7. MEDICAL RELEASE

I understand that I am participating in Yoga, Meditation, and other physical activities and waive, release and forever discharge Luminaries of Sound its agents and employees from all such liability, loss, injury, death, cost, claims, damages, or expenses that may occur before, during, or after participation in any and all activities before, after or through the course of the programs. In the event of illness or injury, I hereby authorize Luminaries of Sound staff members to obtain emergency or other medical treatment as he or she deems necessary, including the administration of anesthetics or other medications and surgery, and I hereby assume both any physical risk associated with and responsibility for the cost of such treatment.

8. INSURANCE AND MEDICAL EXPENSES

I understand it is my responsibility to obtain and keep in force adequate health insurance while traveling and I understand and agree I am financially responsible for my own medical expenses.

9. WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I shall indemnify and hold harmless Luminaries of Sound and its agents and its employees from all liability, losses, costs, claims, damages, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising or claimed to have risen out of personal injuries, death, property damage or loss, sustained by me as a result of participating in PROGRAM defined here as Luminaries of Sound, however caused, including, without limitation, claimed negligence on the part of Luminaries of Sound employees, other participants, or third parties. In addition, I shall indemnify Luminaries of Sound agents and employees from all liability, losses, costs, claims, damages, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, relating to claims, injury, or death arising from my own negligence or intentional acts during my participation in this program (including travel to and from the activity sites) and I hereby release and forever discharge Luminaries of Sound and its agents and employees from all such liability, loss, cost, claims, damages, or expenses.

10. TRAVEL CONTINGENCIES

I understand that the program leaders, the director, and the assigned staff members are acting in their respective capacities as agents of Luminaries of Sound, individually, and hereby waive any and all claims I may have or purport to have against Luminaries of Sound, against them individually for losses occasioned by any changes in travel plans, or for the failure of any of the companies providing venue, food, or other goods or services, as applies to the nature of this program, to provide such services on a timely basis or for the failure to provide them at all.
